What it's like to play here
Three dedicated lighted pickleball courts in central Westminster, about 8 minutes west of Garden Grove. Free, walk-on only, no reservations. Concrete surface in good condition; nets are permanent and well-tensioned. The small court count means peak times turn into a paddle-stack queue quickly.
When to go (and when not to)
- Best: weekday mid-morning 9am–noon, weeknight before 6pm.
- Avoid: weekend mid-afternoon — three courts, dozens of people, long waits.
How to get there
Off the 22 at Beach Boulevard, south to Westminster Boulevard, then west. The park entrance is on Plaza Street. Free lot.
